"They did a great job, I will give them that but the communication regarding the price was poor. I was quoted $3 per window and when the job was done they charged $8, $4 and $3 for some of the windows. I only wanted the outside done (which I stated on the original call) and when they finished outside they said they were ready to do the inside so I assumed then the price I was quoted of $3 per window was for inside and out. My last cleaner charged $2 a window inside and out. I cannot put the fault on them for that, I should have asked more questions. Next time, I will get a written quote!"

"I purchased the 119 for carpet & outside windows and added on the stairs. In 2 of the rooms the carpets still have stains in them. Several windows had water spots and still look dirty. I'm not very impressed.

Mr. Proctor washed the entire house, and it now almost sparkles. He cleaned the windows and doors, including screens, inside and out.
