"They did a great job, I will give them that but the communication regarding the price was poor. I was quoted $3 per window and when the job was done they charged $8, $4 and $3 for some of the windows. I only wanted the outside done (which I stated on the original call) and when they finished outside they said they were ready to do the inside so I assumed then the price I was quoted of $3 per window was for inside and out. My last cleaner charged $2 a window inside and out. I cannot put the fault on them for that, I should have asked more questions. Next time, I will get a written quote!"

"My experience with ACI Window Cleaning was so very positive that I'll be calling on them in the near future! The appointment process was exceptional. The young gentleman who showed up was thorough and he displayed a great deal of pride in his work!
"Mr. Proctor is delightful tto work with. He is prompt, responsive and very thorough. I just moved into a two-story house that was covered with insect webs. Mr. Proctor washed the entire house, and it now almost sparkles. He cleaned the windows and doors, including screens, inside and out. What a difference that made! I am extremely pleased with his work and will purchase a membership package for regular cleaning. I highly recommend Integrity Window Cleaning. "

Soot can be harder to remove compared to other types of stains given its acidic nature. It can also cause underlying paint to peel off during the cleaning process. If your soot issue is a result of smoke damage, it’s recommended you call a pro to help remove it versus doing it yourself.
The best way to clean outside windows is by using a garden hose. Start by spraying the windows with a high-pressure stream to clear off loose dirt and grime. Then use a mixture of hot water and dish soap and scrub the windows with a sponge. Rinse off the soapy water with the hose. Before you finish up, spray the windows with a solution of vinegar and water and wipe them down with a microfiber cloth.
Clean high-traffic areas such as kitchen surfaces, bathroom surfaces, and bedding once per week. Deep clean other areas every three months to a year. How you use a space can help you figure out how often it should be cleaned, with areas where eating, bathing, and food prep occur getting the most frequent attention.
Time varies by number and size of windows but usually 2-4 hours.
