  Absolutely the best! If possible, would double rating to “10”. We searched long and hard for a company to build our pool and were blessed to find Brandon. Throughout the entire process, Brandon set the highest standards for his work. Used only the finest materials from the most reputable suppliers. The entire project was completed earlier than promised with unbelievable attention to detail. The pricing was below our budget, which allowed us to upgrade to a larger spa and water features for our pool. Probably most impressive was how closely Brandon worked with other contractors on site who were building our fire pit and pool house. On one occasion, his crew (comprised mostly of dedicated and skilled family members) jumped in to solve an excavation problem related to the other work in our backyard. He is driven by a motivation to do his absolutely best for the benefit of his client. Couldn’t help but treat him like a family member.   When no other company could get the work done for us on such short notice, Scott found a place for us in his schedule. All aspects of the job went off like clock work. Large cranes were needed because of the limited access to our pool which is on a hillside - no problem. I especially appreciate the expertise Scott used in hiring very experienced workers, who showed up, got the job done and moved on. I mean really - isn't that what we are all looking for - Someone who will do what they said they would do - when they said they would do it - at the price they said they would do it at.   He ended up flaking out on us after we paid him one of the last (largest) payments according to contract. He disappeared with the money and will not answer email, phone calls or texts which was how he communicated previously. We have had his sub contractors threatening to put a lien on our house due to his non-payment to them. We had to pay additional money to fix mistakes that were made and would not pass code. He ordered and we paid extra for special plaster that we found out he did not order enough and nobody in town wanted to plaster our pool with that type of plaster so we had to send it back and got charged a restocking fee plus they only gave us 1/4 of what it was worth (what we paid for it) and then we had to hire someone else to plaster and we paid for new plaster. We had to hire out sub contractors to finish the pool and pay additional $18,000 that would have been covered in the original contract. We still do not have the water feature finished and the decking has been done very poorly. Mike Brown's daughter (Blossom Lawrence) did his accounting and supposedly took the money. She then tried to go to the wholesale pool company in town and get credit for the plaster we had in our garage that we paid for. We had just a bad experience and this put us in a financial bind due to all the extra costs. I would not trust this company or anyone else related to this company to do work for themshow more
