We do new contruction and service for residential and commercial hvac systems. We have 25 employees and 8 Service trucks/trailers. We do not sub contract to other hvac companies. Service billing is at time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit cards. Some financing is available if qualified.

"If I could rate them -10 that would be too good. Communication is non existent. I feel that I was overcharged for the product. The mini split quit working with in the first 2 weeks of turning it on and trying to get it repaired was an exercise in futility! The woman scheduled the service and then no one showed up for 5 days. I called several times leaving messages and even emails but no answer. Finally someone came and replacement parts needed to be ordered. Another 3 weeks without communication went by. When I finally got in touch with the company I was informed that the part had arrived and that someone would be out the next day to install. Would I still be waiting if I had not called??? Probably! This project was started in early Oct and not finished until the last day of 2024! I had 3 inspections done and failed. When the repair was complete I asked if a reinspection would be completed and was told "I don't care if it gets inspected, I don't like the inspector, he failed us". When I stated it failed inspection because it wasn't working he said "well it is now". I just hope it continues to work, since it cost me a boatload of money, lousy service and I never want to have to deal with this business EVER again. They are the worst!! STEER CLEAR! JUST SAY NO!!!!!"

"Extraordinarily disappointed with the level of service I received from Leisure Time of Boise (LTB) today in regard to issues with my gas fireplace. Not only did I pay for the privilege of a service call without the issue being resolved I was essentially told by the service manager that I spoke with by phone that I wasn't using the unit correctly, it was my fault that the unit had broken and that I'll more than likely be fully on the hook for the eventual repair/replacement costs. How the service manager who has never stepped foot in my home and observed me using the fireplace could come to this conclusion on his own and why he would say this is beyond me. I might have been a little more willing to swallow the service manager's assessment if the unit in my fireplace wasn't originally installed by LTB. However, it was installed by LTB 3 years ago and I have had nothing but issues ever since. Defective parts, parts that LTB forgot to install, or parts that were installed incorrectly are the recurring themes here. It was even suggested to me by the service tech that was in my house today that during a previous service call that the tech either forgot to install or improperly installed a part that would have prevented my unit from malfunctioning. I don't expect repairs/replacement costs to be covered for a mistake that I made, and I know that things eventually break over time and will need to be fixed or replaced. I'm not unreasonable. However, I do have a problem with a company when their service and products are consistently poor. Leisure Time of Boise gets a big thumbs down from me."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
