Kurt and Jake repaired our irrigation valve that had a leaking rubber gasket. They put in a new interior valve and solenoid. They did an excellent job in the repair, were professional, friendly, efficient and they accomplished everything they promised. Thank you.

Work was done well, when expected, and it met my expectations. There was a little confusion communicating what needed to be done, I requested a change to the description of work, which the office was happy to do. Once that was taken care of everything was great.

I am in Taiwan for 3 months in 2018 and contracted with this company to take care of my lawn needs while out of the country. Left a message that I needed them to turn on my sprinkler system in early April after irrigation was turned on and they didnt do it. They continued to mow my lawn. My wife came home in May and when she arrived home from the airport that day the mowers had just shown up to mow the dead lawn. She asked why the lawn as they were mowing a dead lawn and why the water wasnt on. Mow guys said that is not their job. But we are still going to mow a lawn that hadnt grown due to lack of watering. When I got home in June I contacted the owner and they said there was miscommunication and no one was told to turn on the sprinkler system from inside our garage after our message was left. No apologies and refused to take anything off of charges for mowing essentially dead grass. I had issues with the lawn for another 2 years afterwards from their miscommunication.

Fast response, reasonable prices, and good communication has been a plus.

Two guys came to mow and they came to my door and introduced themselves. After they asked if there was anything else I wanted them to do and if I found anything later just let them know and they would come back. Very professional yet friendly. I was impressed.

They are fantastic! Office was in constant contact with me. They were very informative, professional, courteous, and friendly. I am new to the winterizing of a sprinkler system and they walked me through the process. Explained what to do, not to do and most of all why. Techs kept the office informed on the details of work, so there were never any questions unanswered. I have total faith and trust in them and requested them back in spring for turn on and additional work.

After calling 8 other companies, without any response. Then I contacted Home Adviser. Within 3 hours I got a call from American Lawn Care Pros to schedule my blow out service the next day. Great customer service. Thank you Dan F.

Sometimes hard to contact someone at main office. Men did arrive late but they worked amount of time scheduled and did a very good job. Friendly, hard workers concerned about doing a good job and clean-up was very good with everything looking great! Would definitely recommend company and would hire them again for more work if needed.
