"We started our flooring project with Rocky on Nov. 20th and 7 months later we still have not had closure to it. There have been numerous issues; wrong floor stair nosing ordered, the floor nosing didn't match the floor planks, not enough flooring ordered. The biggest issue is that the floor nosing was faulty and Rocky acknowledged and that it was and is a trip hazard. Rocky made a video to send into the flooring manufacture. Then he said, "he would make sure we were 100% happy with the outcome no matter what he had to do for that to happen." Well, after one month we had not heard a single thing for him. I texted, left voicemails, emailed and everything was not responded to. It was like we no longer even existed. Finally, I called him on a number that he didn't recognize and he answered the call. I unloaded on his lack of communication and total avoidance of my messages. He said he would make this right even though he claimed "he was 1000% upside down on our project." He said that new "
