I was very pleased that the door installation confines cats to kitchen and gives kitchen a pleasing frame that also lets in light; the finishing trim throughout the house covers up gouges left by carpet that was removed and gives house a neater aspect; the improperly constructed pergola shut out all light from the kitchen and was potentially a hazard for anyone using the deck. Now the kitchen has light and the deck does not look like a cave. The owner of the company kept in contact and finished in a timely way. Overall, I am very pleased with the work done by Briscoe Building Construction, Inc.

We are very pleased with them. We moved in here in October of 2006. They are very thorough and perfectionists. They don't cut corners. The houses they build are really well built and will stand for a long time. There isn't anyone better around here. They did hire sub contractors but they did all the plumbing, framing, siding and painting. They put in decks which were large and went around half the house. The sub contractors were for roofing, electrical and cabinet work. They guy who came into put the cabinet was awesome too. They did a lot of the work themselves. They are qualified to do the electrical work but the law doesn't allow them to do it because it's their own house. When they were working on our house they were active in their church so sometimes they weren't able to put in a full day; we knew about that though. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.
