Professional Certified Firm providing full-service carpet cleaning and flood restoration. Serving The Magic Valley, Wood River and Burley since 1976. Our mission:to provide the most outstanding service experience ever - guaranteed. We charge per square foot with package pricing available and there is no travel charge for clients within our service area. We are a locally owned, family operated business with some employees outside the family as well. We do background checks on all employees. There is no business license required in the state of Idaho but we do carry workers comp. you may drop off your rugs or blinds @ 720 N Main Ste A, Bellevue or @ 127 Filer Ave Suite 300, Twin Falls - for your convenience we sell rug pad, specialty spotters such as Vets Trust and Spot Out, we also carry Scotchguard, carpet groomers, pro-glides these items located at the twin falls store.

These people were great. I called them on Tuesday, they came today, Thursday. I was quoted between 8:30 and 9:00. Trent called 1/2 hour before his arrival, and he arrived on time. I was vacuuming and Trent informed I didn't need to vacuum, that is part of their service! Awesome!! He didn't just use the normal metal sprayer, he used a round brush rotating tool, that cleaned as well as lifted the fibers back up. After he was done in each room he set out fans to help the carpet dry faster. Then out came the brush and he brushed all the carpets! Nice professional job and my carpets look like new! I will use these people again!

I scheduled to have my carpets cleaned on a Friday. We took our daughter to the babysitter and moved all of our furniture, preparing for them to show up.... and they never did. I called them and it turned out they had lost our scheduled service. While they were booked for the rest of the day, they squeezed us in first thing the next morning. I appreciated the fact that they booked us back up quickly, but they didn't really offer much else to compensate for the large inconvenience of not being able to use any of our furniture or take our daughter out of the house for a second day.
The actual service was great-- the cleaners were kind and efficient and took very good care of our walls and belonging to ensure everything remained damage free. The cleaners themselves are what would make me use them again. They did a fantastic job and left our carpets looking and smelling much better.
