"The owner was a hard worker and diligent when s here. He over booked himself. So he leave the job unfinished, and go to the next job . He did not returned to complete the job. Its been August, September, October 2025. The work started at the end of July. He asked for payment before He completed the job. His experienced as a carpenter was not good enough. I would not recommend that company."

They processed a draft through their finance company for the first half of the work order and then became difficult to contact and never sent a contractor to review the request or begin the work. I am making payments on the loan they set up and I am waiting for them to refund that company so I don't have a credit impact."

The main difference between asphalt and blacktop is that asphalt has a lower ratio of bitumen—a low-grade tar-like crude oil—than blacktop. While blacktop is heated to 300 degrees or more, hot-mix asphalt is heated to a lower temperature, typically between 275 and 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Building a road on a slope requires careful planning and will normally require a drainage system underneath to prevent flooding and damage to the road over time.
