  We were due for a full roof replacement, so I found 6 roofing companies that showed up strong on the Better Business Bureau, and Angie’s list websites. Nick from Caliber Roofing was my last appointment of the 6 to provide an estimate. Nick is amazingly knowledgeable and confirmed everything I had researched before setting up the 6 estimates. His knowledge, experience, and his detailed estimate is what sold me on selecting Caliber for our roofing job. His estimate came in lower than most of the others, and I felt confident that with the combined price + quality, we hit the re-roofing jackpot. He is on site for the install and supervises the entire job. He and his staff are very meticulous, and we have a complex roof that required their quality attention. Their work is flawless, and the high-quality product they put on, matches our home perfectly. In the end, they cleaned up my yard better than it was before they arrived. They even cleaned my gutters while they were up there and cleaned up that debris as well. The final bill came in exactly as he quoted, with no surprises.   Once the work was completed I called them back three times for three different issues and one was fixed on the second try. Every time Steve Day would say he would be out, he did not show. We have paid another company to fix his crews errors and asked for reimbursement, Steve said he would send us a check for part of the work, it has been over three weeks and we have not received a check. I would never use them again nor recommend them

  No response from two phone conversations (1st on 10/17) requesting that I send photos by email of the roof and requirements which I did. I phoned several weeks later (10/29) due to no response and the VERY rude receptionist said they had no record and there was no Angie's list offer that I qualified. I finally sent 2nd email inquiring and received a quote for $1,900+ to build this small frame. No one ever came by to view the specified job. The bid was outrageous. I had just had a covered 8'x12' wooden porch with posts set in concrete for under $3,900 the end of Sept. The new job did not require a floor. The only reason I contacted Brilliant was due to there being an Angie's list discount, Brilliant was the only referral and that my handyman was booked through the end of the year
