They were able to send a technician out the same day and were able to fix my back up issue. I didn't realize my toilets were like 30 years old so they quoted me for replacements and when we decide to do that work we will call them again."

"The operator, Tony Price provided a very professional service. At the same time, he provide quite a bit of educational information regarding septic systems. He removed his shoes before crossing our white carpet to inspect our sewer pump and was very careful to avoid backing his truck on our lawn.
I would hire him as an employee in a heartbeat.

"Falcon ICM, LLCâ s Plumbing Superintendent (Ned Booher), planned and executed the entire plumbing package for two years at the Fields Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Spokane Valley, WA. The building was over 46,000 square feet with 44 memory care units on the ground floor requiring extensive underground waste piping, 80 assisted living units (apartments really), a commercial kitchen, full service laundry, two salons, natural gas rooftop units and two gas fireplaces. Through meticulous forethought and planning Ned stayed ahead of schedule the entire job. The Work was installed professionally and accurately avoiding costly rework and setting a very high standard for the entire project. Ned was a pleasure to work with and has my highest recommendation.
