Electrical and carpentry required. Installed a washer dryer combo and a new garbage disposal in the mini kitchenette. 2nd project was removing dry rot lower 3 panels of siding then sand and stain the decks. Mike is pleasant and communicates well. We appreciate all the hard work he did for us. Above and beyond with reasonable pricing!"
