I was very satisfied with the cleaning services. I received a reasonable bid after an in person walk through. All of my expectations for this one time clean were met. The work was completed in the time frame quoted and I was very happy with the quality. Will definitely hire Elite Clean again.

After waiting a little too long to arrange a move out cleaning, Elite Clean, accommodated me into their schedule. They did a great job for my move out cleaning and the charge was very reasonable.

They were great. Very helpful.

We have employed Elite Clean since 2018. We have been pleased with cleaning, there have been some inconsistencies in quality but all in all satisfied. We had a problem area that needed deep shampooing and Tina did a great job, whatever she used it was a miracle! We look forward to our next visit.

Even though they were 15 min. late, they stayed longer to finish up. All that they cleaned that day was done well!

I contacted Elite Clean to bid a deep cleaning on our home. Yvonne the owner gave me quite the song and dance to how amazing her company is. She then met me at our home and walked through it with me showing me everything that would be done and an estimate to how long it would take. We agreed and hired them. They did not arrive on the day scheduled and when I reached out to her, she said she scheduled me on the wrong day. I then met them on the alternate day and her staff proceeded to do the deep cleaning. After the staff left, I called Yvonne to come look at the job and when she arrived, she was in complete dismay and embarrassment of the poor work performed and assured me that was not their standard. She made multiple excuses about 1 particular employee and the troubles they had with her and said she was going to fire her. (In my opinion that was completely unprofessional to be sharing that much information and discussing her employment issues but that is a different situation altogether). She then called a staff member she announced as her Quality Control Specialist (QCS) and was yelling at her in my house and walking around in disgust and wiping her finger all over wiping up the dirt and dust that was missed. She apologized multiple times to me and said that she would bring her cleaners out another time to do the job right. A few days later, her and her QCS arrived and proceeded to clean our home. Her QCS was absolutely appalled at the job done previously and told Yvonne that it all needs to be redone top to bottom. Yvonne proceeded to only do the items we found after the original insufficient job and ignored the recommendation of the QCS . Yvonne was clearly frustrated after a couple hours and claimed to be done. I came out of my office and walked around with her and wiped my hands and fingers on items wiping up globs of dirt and dust and pointed out several items missed. Yvonne gasped several times to the continued finding and made excesses for the missed items. After again telling me it was complete, I again walked around and pointed items out to which Yvonne replied in a very irritated tone that it would not t be perfect and that the week-to-week service would catch more and more as time goes on. I called Yvonne after they left to let her know I would not t be proceeding with the weekly service and that they still have a number of items missed that she agreed to do during the deep cleaning we hired her for. I even sent her pictures of the messes. She refused to finish and is now threatening me with her attorney and says she is taking me to small claims court. I would strongly advise anyone against using this company for any cleaning services. I hired an amazing cleaner that came in the week after Yvonne was here and they were disgusted at all the filth left over from the â deep cleaning that transpired only 6 days before. We now have a spotless house and a professional cleaning service weekly and will be referring all my clients and professional contacts to them and warning all about the inadequacies of Elite clean and the unprofessionalism that follows.

They were a pleasure to have around - just went about their business in a timely and efficient way.

My regular housekeeper had to cancel due to illness right before a dinner party I was having. My husband called around to find someone else and Yvonne , the company owner bailed us out by coming to our home personally to clean in advance of our gathering. We were so impressed that we now use them regularly. Their work is very detailed.

Yvonne explained everything in detail....from the women who work for her to the details of what cleaning would be performed, sanitizing practices, etc. She listens to her clients needs & performs only what is asked. If I were remaining in the Coeur d'Alene area, I would hire Elite Clean for cleaning services every 2 weeks. My house was left in excellent condition, carpets vacuumed, kitchen cleaned & sanitized & the house smelling fresh. They will also notify you if there is a problem or anything is left behind if it's a "move out" cleaning service.

I used their services for a move out in a townhouse that was not cleaned prior to my own move in. It was a bit pricey but itâ s also the only time Iâ ve gotten my entire deposit back after a move out, regardless of how much I personally cleaned. They came highly recommended to me by my realtor and I agree!

Elite Clean takes pride in their work. I like that they don t use caustic cleaners. Our house hasn t been this clean in a long long time. I HIGHLY recommend Yvonne and her team!

Blinds were immaculate

Complete Move in cleaning in a home that hadn t been properly cleaned for years! Caked on grease on cabinets, appliances & counters! Interior and exterior of cabinets were cleaned thoroughly! Bathrooms were done equally as well (sparkling)! I was told by Yvonne that the house will be cleaned as if it was her own and it was! Outstanding work! I would highly recommend this company!!!!
