"This place is awesome, I called with a sewer back up at 7:00 tonight and they were at our house in West Des Moines by 7:30. Brad was the Service man, he got right to work, had to go about 80 feet with his snake and had it fixed in 45 minutes. He was very professional and a great guy to visit with. They continued to come back without the cutter and still charged each time. So what should have been 1 trip for $300 ended up 4 trips for $1000. The 3rd trip they were supposed to bring the cutter but didn't have time, but still charged $75 for stopping!"
