It was just some of the fixtures were kind of cheap that they brought like for the toilet lids, and we had a leak.  Overall, they were a good company, they were just not an A on some of the stuff.

Builder's plumber...we weren't impressed. We had all kinds of build mistakes including leaks, broken/non-functioning fixtures and Cook Plumbing never tested the water pressure between our home and the street. Thankfully a squeaky kitchen faucet that wouldn't quit squeaking after multiple Cook Plumbing visits, Cook Plumbing finally determined it wasn't a fixture issue rather our home water pressure was 1.5x above the recommended level. We had lived in our home for almost 1.5 years when this was discovered and we were grateful we had not experienced blown pipes from the excessive water pressure. When we decided to finish our basement we selected a different plumbing company. We would never recommend Cook Plumbing.

There were issues with the water heater that should have been fixed by the provider that worked on it before.   Cook did stick with it and eventually they replaced the water heater which was under warranty.

Water source to bath tub was not functioning. Had to enter access by removing part of the drywall and replacing all defective parts. Cleaned up afterwards and replace drywall area.

They were on time and called within their time frame they said they would be here to let us know they were on their way. So you're always ready for them. They did the work very efficiently and everything has been working ever since. It's just a very good company.

This company installed two toilets in our home. There were two plumbers who came into our home, removed and hauled away our old toilets, and installed the two new ones. One of the toilet bowls did not align with the tank properly, so the two installers went to the Cook warehouse and returned with another bowl. They were courteous and cleaned up after the installation. I would recommend this plumbing company.

John was my point of contact and provided an accurate estimate and scheduled the appointment immediately over the phone. Troy ( and his partner) completed the job in a timely manner and did a great job of explaining everything they were doing. The guys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Even though this was a very minor job and not a high cost renovation, the job was scheduled and completed within a couple of days with great service Will definitely call Cook Plumbing for any future needs

Same day service. Professional service (Larry is the best). He takes off shoes at door, very courteous. Pricing was great and the company did as promised. Highly recommended.
