Service tech not only got the clog free but also was able to fix my broken pipe. And were they on top of it! Called in the morning and we were up and running later that afternoon. I have a problem with the sewer line from the house out to the street,,,rather than spend thousands on digging up the yard and replacing the line,,,I just use Greenwood Sewer Service to clear the line...They are top notch and always get the job done!

He was courteous, and helpful with information regarding future possible problems that we may need to consider about a particular part on the freezer that is no longer made. He made some suggestions in the event a problem should develop.

I called several companies and all were extremely busy due to extreme weather. Greenwood said they would come out and did as expected.







First tried with small snake at the kitchen sink and then switched to larger snake. He was very polite did a good job of cleaning up !

Had been having a problem for some time with slow draining sinks in both my kitchen and bathroom. Thanks to Wes from Greenwood that problem has now been solved. He snaked the pipes for both sinks in a little over an hour, was very professional and friendly throughout the time he was in my home, kept me informed or what he'd found and his progress and most important of all both sinks are draining faster than they have since I moved into the house. Would highly recommend Greenwood if you've got a similar issue with your sinks. My only issue is a minor one - when I called to schedule the service they couldn't give me a narrower service window other than and quot;Friday after 1and quot; (which is the time I requested, they also had earlier appointments). In this case after 1 ended up being around 3:30.

Every spring my sewer line backs up. I decided to call Greenwood this year to have them clean it. They sent a guy named Dennis and his partner. They attempted to clean the line but couldn't make it past a certain point. Dennis said he'd normally recommend a camera inspection, but because my line was full of water a camera inspection wasn't possible. The sewer line would need to be dug up. This first visit was about $100 for an hours work.
I called an excavation company. They came out and said the sewer line needed to be located, he called Greenwood back out to do the locate. They sent out Mark and his partner. Mark worked to locate the line using a transmitter and some sort of receiving device. He marked the location and depth of the sewer line on my driveway. Because of the clog, they could only perform the locate so far down the line. Mark discussed the situation with the excavation company and it was decided that we should dig at the point of the clog to determine where the problem was. This visit was about $250 for two or so hours work.
When the excavation company performed the dig, Mark and his partner came out again. They helped the excavation company locate the line again. It turns out that my sewer line takes a weird turn, so it took awhile for the problem area to be located. Mark worked well with the excavation company to locate the line. Once we found the problem area, the pipe was drained. Mark used his camera inspection tool to inspect the line from the problem area to my house, and from the problem area to the city line. He told me that the rest of the line looked like it was in good shape. This visit was about $450 for 3-4 hours of work.
I can't say enough good things about this company, and in particular, Mark. He's exactly the type of person you hope arrives at your home when you need work performed. He explained everything throughly, worked quickly, and was very friendly and personable. Even Mark's partner, who had only been with the company for a few months, told me that he can't imagine working with anyone else. All of the folks at Greenwood that I worked with over the course of this project were either sewer line experts, or had less experience but were always being trained by Mark or Dennis.
I hope that I don't ever have sewer problems again, but if I do I will actually look forward to calling Greenwood.

The price ended up being a lot more expensive than I originally thought. I would probably not use them again.

Came out within a few hours of call. Cleared mainline in very short time. Had home warranty, but their total charges were less than my co-pay.
