Called at 5pm on a Friday night. They were willing to come out in the next hour or Saturday am. We asked for Saturday am. They arrived at 9 am as they said they would. They have the right tools. No mess, clean drain. Rolled a truck for less than $100.
Excellent service and a great value. Would definitely call them again.

I was super impressed how quickly they were able to come to our house. We made an inquiry the night before and they were at our place the next day at the time they said they would. Came in and used the roto rooter machine. Removed the gunk that was making our shower back up when the washing machine was going. Everything drains. Make sure to mention the $10 off special from the website to get it. Original cost was $75 and we paid $65. It was a lot cheaper and less hassle than I thought it would be. I would use them again in the future. Thanks!.

It was very difficult. The drain pipe may have settled since he was not getting tree roots, which is usually what it is. Chris was awesome and kept at it until he finally got the line cleared. He was very professional and friendly and offered tips for prevention. This is the second time I've used them, and both times they have been here in a hour or less. Awesome company!!!

They were very prompt and charged a good rate even though it was on a Sunday.

I was in no hurry. Called and got next day service. Drain was running slow. Beau came out and explained everything....cleaned up after taking care of the clog....it was wonderful! He asked if I had any other concerns and I asked if they do sump pump installations as I have one and was concerned about maybe replacing it in the future. They do and he did a quick test to let me know if it was operating well, and explained how it operated and some measures to take if it quit. He was very informative, pleasant to work with. This contractor gets my future business for sure!

Bee-Line was the third service provider that I had out to clear up my sewer problem. I really wished I had known about them first as I spent a lot of money with the other two and the problem still came back.  Bee-Line came over right away and had the problem resolved within a very short time. They were very professional, informative and just plan nice folk.
They will be the one I call if I ever have a problem again.

Called at 7:30am and got their answering service.  By 9am I had not heard from them and called again.  This time I got an employee and we setup a 1pm appointment.  He commented that they had been having trouble with their answering service.  At about 11:30 the technician called and said he was available and could come right away if that was convenient.  Within 15 minutes he made it to my house and took care of the issue in a timely manner.

I called at 8:05 on a Monday after having other companies I've used in the past not timely respond. They answered immediately, said they could get to it soon, and told me about a coupon to print online to save me money! The workers were totally professional and offered tips to help keep the drain clear. Love them and will use them again. My previous company I have used for 15 years is now fired.

The work was done quickly, neatly, and professionally. I will call them next time I need this service.

They were able to come the same day on a couple occasions, which is great when having drain problems. I think I first called them about the washing machine drain,which he gave me a couple options besides the most expensive. Then I mentioned a couple other troublesome drains, and he happily helped me with those too.

Service man assessed the situation in a few quick minutes, then got out his rotating snake thingy and had the drain cleaned in a few moments. He tested the drains to be sure I was happy with the results of the clean out. Everything was left clean

They were terrific! The guy that came out was nice and knowledgable. He went right to work and everything taken care of quickly. I was really worried that they would charge me more money, but it turned out to be very reasonable.

We had a recurring issue with our main sewer line backing up when we ran our washing machine. Bee-line was recommended to us by our plumber (A&B Plumbing) to come out and snake the sewer line. Which they did, solving the problem for about a week. We called them to come back and they snaked the line again, but also suggested video scoping it to determine what the source of the recurring problem was. They were able to make us an appointment for two days later and spent the better part of the morning clearing our main sewer line of tree roots. Mike & Mike & Chris were great to work with. They refused to give up on finding out what the source of the problem was.
