"Failed to show up on agreed upon work date due to overbooking. Bid vinyl for an aluminum replacement, then was unresponsive about bidding aluminum. When we decided to go elsewhere, six months later they sent us an invoice for an additional, arbitrary $3k for work not performed. We disputed the invoice and never heard back until we got another invoice another seven months later seeking double the original amount including monthly interest and an ‘overhead & profit’ fee."

"HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE!!!! These guys did NOT work under a permit, were completely unprofessional, combative, etc. Their work was sloppy and all needs to be redone. They left the job and the hole by the water mains duct taped up and froze all of the water mains. If this wasn't bad enough, they came onto the property WITHOUT permission to cover up their sloppy job that was not and is not to code!!! We will see them in court!!!"
