Air Knights individual responded quickly, used Facetime on phone to capture picture of the part we needed, got store to open after hours to obtain the part, came to house and quickly installed getting us warm again as temperature was plunging for a cold night in January. Kept us informed by multiple phone calls telling us of his success in finding a store with the part, his drive time to the store, his acquisition of the part, and his expected arrival time at our house. Very reassuring, as well as professional.

A&B’s work was very professional, with quality work. As far as I can tell, their installation of the whole home humidifier did not leave any significant leaks in the vents or ducting. Their piping, and wiring looks pretty clean, and they are very friendly. In working with them, their turned out to be a number of issues to overcome in coming up with a final solution, due to the space in the mechanical room, and size of the furnace. It took a couple of tries to come up with the right solution. A&B stood behind their work to ensure the final product did work, where I think other companies may have slapped something on and try to force a solution. In this, I appreciate what A&B has done. My only complaint was in trying to contact A&B and try to get on their schedule. They did communicate to me a few times in text message, which led me believe they were open to that form of contact. However, I eventually found out they are a lot more responsive with phone calls, and in some cases persistence. Also, in the few times they had to come out, I felt like at least once I had to contact them to get back on their work schedule, when I think they should have contacted me once the parts were in. I would recommend A&B, as their work is very professional. I would just caution people to contact them over phone instead of text. And make sure to follow-up until you get on their schedule.

Steve & his partner Scotty, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand, installed it and had our air conditioner working again before the heat wave of the September 13-16th weekend. We will be calling them again for any heating/air conditioning problems we encounter.

All went great, very professional, very fast service, very knowledgeable, left no mess. Highly recommended, will hire again for my heating & AC needs.

A&B did a great job. They communicated well, showed-up on time, did a great job and for a great value. Their tune-up special was so much less expensive than what others wanted for the same service. I would definitely recommend this company.

Professionalism and it was great experience with company. All the staff was acknowledgement on the job. What they doing it was amazing. Price was excellent. Responsiveness was fantastic. They answered all my questions .estimate at front no hidden fee. In future definitely, I call for the more service at this company again and again.

Made diagnostic call on Sunday. Installed new unit late Monday afternoon. Everything went well.

They came out the morning after I called. They were professional and methodical. It turned out the repair was much simpler and cheaper than I had thought. Their honesty is very much appreciated!

We received suggestions from Angie’s Lust about who would be willing to come to our rural community on a weekend and service our air conditioner. We called A&B, he set the appointment for that afternoon since he was at a different call, called 30 minutes before arriving, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it (Replaced the capacitor). Prior to fixing he did tell us the air conditioner was probably still under warranty and gave us the option to call the original installer and the charges to fix it would probably be covered under the warranty. His honesty was very much appreciated but we chose to have him fix it. Last night we were so glad we did. It works perfectly.

Steve and his team exceeded expectations. In today's service industry, it's rare to find a provider that says what they are going to do and than does it. I consider Steve and the team at A&B Heating and Cooling trusted supplier. They were polite, professional and competent.

Arrived as scheduled, and phoned ten minutes before arrival to advise when they would arrive. Checked all components on the a/c unit, and preformed several tests. Cleaned the condenser, fins, and cabinet to make it more efficient. Advised me of two areas to monitor in the future that did not require immediate attention. Very professional and personable. Will use again if necessary.

Did a great job. Would definitely hire again. Arrived on time and went right to work. Cleaned the AC unit and gave it a clean bill of health. They found a mouse nest in the unit and cleaned it up and checked wires to see if mouse had done any damage. They gave me pointers on how to maintain unit going forward. I definitely feel more comfortable about the unit now.
