"BFC Files a Lien on your property before the Job is complete. Liens are on your Real Estate Title Record permanently. I can understand filing a Mechanics Lien when someone does not pay their bill. My service was an Insurance Claim and BFC advised they would work with my Insurance Company, Who was never able to reach anyone there. BFC has you sign a document that authorizing your Insurance to pay them directly then they drop off a bill at your home stating, DUE NOW and file a lien. I'm so glad I did not continue with this company to reinstall my damanged flooring. They had already filed a Lien on my property for the Water Removal. Never once advised me of this action. Check Sec of State website, you may have a Lien on your property."

He was upfront about his other obligations and how deck building was something he enjoyed, but sometimes other work came first. He would primarily work on it on weekends and some evenings which was fine by us. The finished product was definitely worth any extra time. Rod is a perfectionist and it shows.
