"BFC Files a Lien on your property before the Job is complete. Liens are on your Real Estate Title Record permanently. I can understand filing a Mechanics Lien when someone does not pay their bill. My service was an Insurance Claim and BFC advised they would work with my Insurance Company, Who was never able to reach anyone there. BFC has you sign a document that authorizing your Insurance to pay them directly then they drop off a bill at your home stating, DUE NOW and file a lien. I'm so glad I did not continue with this company to reinstall my damanged flooring. They had already filed a Lien on my property for the Water Removal. Never once advised me of this action. Check Sec of State website, you may have a Lien on your property."

We are being in the business for more than 6 years.
"I think it went very, very well. I was impressed with their prompt responsiveness and getting to the work promptly as well (we scheduled it for a week later, unheard of in my experience with other things since 2020). Very professional. Covered my downstairs neighbor's deck and trailing with drop cloths to catch sanding dust and any drips. Friendly, really easy to work with. Did a great job. I love it."
