Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Excellent. Furniture pieces looked like new after Marty cleaned them.

When I called to get an estimate and set a time for the service Marty was able to give me a estimate from the description of the work with the approximate room measurement I provided. On the day of our appointment hey called to make sure it was alright to arrive 40 minutes early. The cleaning went very well, they were prompt, courteous, friendly, and hard working. We have a light colored carpet in the living room and hallway and there were several bad dark stains that we had tried to get up with over-the-counter products with no success. Every one of the stains was removed during their cleaning. Throughout the process they asked for feedback on the results to make sure we were satisfied and the actual cost was $50.00 less than what was quoted on the phone. I would highly recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, great people, great job, and they are a locally owned husband and wife business.

Marty promptly replied for my quote reqest. He was able to schedule for the following week and was very respectful of my work schedule. He arrived on time and did a fantastic cleaning job. My previously grayed carpet looks almost new, smells great. I felt the pricing was very fair.  Overall, this was a great experience. Marty is very professional and does a great job at a very reasonable price. I consider this work a great value and will hire again.

They were very professional and did a great job, but they were much more expensive than Previous carpet cleaners who charged less. To clean the sectional and couch alone it was $275.

Marty arrived early and was very nice! He got right to work and gave me updates along the way. It took him about 1.5 hours to clean 500 sq ft and the carpets looked great when he was done. My only issue was that some of the stains weren't totally gone, just faded. But, they were pet urine stains that had been there a while, so I think that's to be expected. He did make them drastically lighter in color, though. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be calling him again!

Marty did a great job! He was there right on the dot, just like he promised. The carpet looked so much better than I thought it could, given the previous owner's animals and our own (there were some pretty heavy pet stains). The stains were lifted and the carpet looks great. We'll be calling him soon for our downstairs! I thought it was a bargain for the quality of the work that was performed.

My carpets had been cleaned last winter by another provider and the stains came back up after a week. This provider took care of everything I needed and the stains are still gone. I would have no problem using this provider again and would recommend him to every one
