We have had very professional and great contact follow ups pending our work order for new windows, gutters, siding, and design ideas. Kyle Ralston, who just finished doing a minor repair to my 5 year old roof, was totally professional and fixed the problem immediately. I have been grateful and appreciative of the service I have received from Allstate and everyone I have been in contact with.

Can't say enough good things about Camron and his friendly ability to be down to earth in explaining to me what all was going wrong up on my roof. He got up there and made a video for me, showing me the exact problem areas, some of which I didn't even know existed! The video impressed me and I knew he wasn't trying to gouge me because seeing is believing! Rain was dripping from my flat-roof patio down into my kitchen. Two other so-called "reputable" roofing companies didn't even bother to find out what was actually causing this to happen. They even admitted the job was too complicated for them, spent all of about 10 minutes here, and said that I should shop around for a flat-roof specialist. Camron instantly made me feel confident that Allstate could fix all of my roofing problems. Besides having a great crew of workers who did the job, I think what impressed me the most was Allstate's confidence, creative ability, and general willingness to spend quality time to find out what was actually causing all of my roof-leak problems.

Overall, the work quality and follow-up was very good. The crew that came out to install did not do a great job cleaning up, likely because they were working after dark.

Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite.

Subject: Disappointed with Service I recently experienced unprofessional conduct from Joe, who used a derogatory word to describe me during our interactions. Additionally, I waited over three months for repairs without any resolution. Disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability.

They come tomorrow to finish siding but have been amazing!

This company charged us $39,900 to metal roof our garage, fix a roof someone else started, put up some Smart Board soffit and fascia, and put up 6-inch gutters. It took two months to complete the job. I was given it three different times before it was done. The work took about four days. Gutters are not up yet, but we are painting the soffit and fascia first. They are polite. not happy with the cost or time for completion. They explained the cost as related to going over another crews work. Our contractor had abandoned us, and we were desperate to get it done so we could complete the interior work.

I highly recommend Allstate Exteriors! They were friendly and attentive through the entire process. The gentlemen doing the install were also very professional and efficient. I will be working with them again in the future!

Once I signed the contract and sent them the initial payment I have not heard from them since. No one has returned my calls. The original contact has gone AWOL. The last person I spoke with promised to send me his contact info along with that of the scheduler and I have gotten nothing and it's been 3 days. Very very very frustrated.
