Furnace was acting out ? & called Novaks on Friday @ noon-didnt think anyone would come out. So thankful as they dispatched John to come check furnace! John was awesome!!! Fixed furnace quickly & explained problem so we understood. Very professional & kind! Thank you John & thank you Novaks for getting repairman out quickly!

Smoothly except there was a 3 week wait for installation

When we first called, the scheduler thought it might take up to 3 days to get to us, since they were busy, so we called two other places. But Novak was the first to show up that same day. The repair tech was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He found the problem with the A/C right away. He gave me an estimate for the part, which he had with him in the van, and it was repaired quickly. What a relief to get the A/C working the same day. Thanks, Novak!

There was a charge for it but an energy company picked up part of it.

They took care of everything. They took the old system and set the thermostat. They did a good job. We were very pleased.

the service man was very .good . he did not make a mess and cleaned up after him . everything went very well . I always get good service from Novak . I also used them to clean my furnace and air conditioning unit . the price was very fair. the gentleman that did the work was Aaron .

The tech was very professional in his work cleaning the dryer vent.  He was very neat and completed the job efficiently.  They charge a flat fee for this service.
We had previously asked about replacing the filter in our humidifier.  The tech did the replacement and gladly showed us how it was done if we wanted to replace it ourselves in the future.

Novaks had available what we wanted for a furnace.  We were looking for a single stage that would meet the requirements of the area utility rebates.  The cleaning of duct work and installation was flawless.  They were also extremely helpful and made it a priority in testing the system after installation as well as filling out all of the required submission forms with our responsibility only to sign as verification of the home owner.  I've waited almost an entire year to fill out this survey because I wanted to have tested the system in the coldest of winter and warmest of summer to verify that a sufficient system had been installed since the BTU rating was lower than or previous system.  We have had no issues at all since the install and are hoping for a reliable system in the years to come.

My call was answered immediately, then a call back was done shortly thereafter by a cheerful, professional person who, to my surprise, scheduled my service call the same day (hottest day of the year)! The tech showed up and explained everything, including the up front pricing. I was so impressed, that I purchased a service plan as well. Would highly recommend Novak Heating and Air Conditioning...they are responsive to your needs, and the pricing is fair.

Workmanship was great.  I have no complaints about the work they did or the people that installed the new equipment.  Very happy.  They even filled out the energy rebates for us. 

Only one complaint.  Before they send in the rebate for the a/c unit they had to wait till it was warm enough (understandable) to check and test it.  They have asked to reschedule 5 times.  Not much of a problem but my rebate wont be submitted until they check off on it.

they did an awesome job when they installed the heating and a c in my new home several years ago and i had them come on a service call and they did the repairs with no charge. A great company to do business with and I highly reccomend them. They impressed me so much that they will have my business always.

The salesman arrived with the installers at 7:30AM as scheduled. After taking measurements for the new sheet metal transitions, they went back to the shop for an hour to request their needs. A truck arrived later with the parts. The furnace and AC were installed by 2:30 that afternoon. The installers came back the next morning at 7:30 to put in a return from the basement that was lacking when my previous furnace was installed.
