    Seiler Appliances really helped us and did a great job! We had bought a new home in Humboldt, and needed new kitchen appliances. Russ Seiler was very helpful in providing options and insight into the different model appliances so we could get exactly what we wanted. He seemed very knowledgeable about the different models and brands. Russ ordered the appliances for us (no pressure to buy what he had in stock) and held them until our closing date. We had to have a gas line installed for the gas stove/oven. Russ provided a template for the stove so the plumber could place the outlet in the correct place - we never would have thought of that! The day of the installation, everything went quickly and cleanly. He took away the old appliances, no problem. There were little things I really noticed - like how he balanced all the appliances. Cooking on the stove top - the eggs don't slide to one side of the pan - because the stove is evenly balanced. The manufacturer had neglected to send the charcoal filter for the vent system, so Russ informed us of the oversight, and promptly delivered it once it arrived. I feel confident going to him for service. One of the service technicians explained that they prioritize their service calls by need - so, if your refrigerator is malfunctioning and you have critical medications in there - they will prioritize your service call higher than someone without special needs. They also prioritize callers with very small children, recognizing that formula and special baby/toddler foods can go bad quickly, threatening a small child's health. I don't mind if we are put lower on the priority list if a baby or an invalid has higher needs than I do... I thought it was very considerate of them. If I'm considering any more appliance purchases, I'll be going back to Seiler Appliances. They were friendly, helpful and professional

    People answering the phones were efficient and scheduled an appointment working around my schedule. They assured me that there would be a $35 service call & would tell me if the washer was worth fixing. The service call would be applied to the repair if necessary. Technician arrived early and was friendly. Gave estimate of services that needed to be done and apologized because he didn't have the part needed. Scheduled another appointment, where he came back, arriving early again. He did what he said he would do and in a prompt manner. Cleaned up the area nicely

The work was efficient, he left no mess (even swept up the crumbs he found under the stove when he pulled it out) and was very good. The oven has worked without issue ever since

    Ordered a new washer when my 8 year old Maytag stopped spinning while the wife was doing laundry. Figured I needed a washer and repairing it would be more expensive than a new one. After reading about the fault code Lr on the internet, decided to see what it cost to replace a defective motor, so I called Jim's Appliance Service. Jim listened to the info about the code and said he had to see the washer before ordering anything. Scheduled for the following day at 1:00PM. Showed up exactly at 1:00PM! Looked at the washer, then opened it up, starting checking resistance. Didn't match Maytag manual, so he opened up the washer and found the schematic they put in the washer control panel. Found a loose connector on a wire going to the motor. Washer worked fine! Jim did ask if I was interested in changing out the 8 year old drive belt. Heck yes I wanted him to do that. After 8 years the belt had stretched about 2" and could possibly slip with a washer full of towels or jeans. Whole charge was about $112.00 including belt and tax. Obviously, I cancelled the new washer order! Heck! This guy could have sold me a new motor and controller for over $400.00 and I would have paid it gladly. But, he found the problem and fixed it. He may have done a little suggestive selling as far as the drive belt, but hey, it really was just a problem waiting to happen! He even vacuumed the floor under the washer an check the water hose to see if their filters were clogging. Better yet, today (he fixed it yesterday) I get a phone call from Jim. Wants to know if everything is working OK and to call him if I need help. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU HAD A TRADESMAN DO THAT?? Class act

    It went great! The repairman was professional, friendly and efficient, had the part needed in his truck and gave me an opportunity to clean the freezer compartment and door before he put everything back together. Instead of spending my half-day off waiting on a repairman and cleaning up after him, everything was done in just over an hour. As long as the fridge keeps working correctly, I'm 100% satisfied with this experience

    I called Monday between 4-5pm, expecting to get an appointment at the end of the week. They were able to send someone out Tuesday morning to repair my dryer and I live 20 miles from where they are located. I don't know how good the pricing is because I know nothing about dryers, but I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come and now my dryer works
