John has come to my house numerous times over the years for small appliance repairs. He always responds to my calls quickly and get out within 2 days at most.
He will only fix what is needed and makes suggestions on repairs that might save me money.
He loves to talk to you while he is working, which I don't mind at all, but it may bother others.
