"The tech support person, who set up my RING was John Adams. He was extremely knowledgeable because the cell phone I was going to use was not compatible because it was a cheap phone. I would have never been able to do, what he did, to get my RING working. It also involved hard-wiring the RING Pro to my current doorbell which is over 40 years old.
