We offer all services for property management, maintenance, repair and remodeling of homes and mobile homes.. Mullen's is a family owned business. We have been serving Linn County and the surrounding area for over 15 years. We offer free estimates on any home maintenance, repair and remodeling. Once the estimate is approved, we will then sign a contract and ask for half the estimate down, and remaining balance when work is completed, and the home owner approves the work completed. Service repair calls are $50.00 for the trip out to the home. Mullen's do not sub-contract any work out. So call today and lets set up your free estimate.

If you’re comparing two carpets made of the same material, a higher carpet density can indicate better durability and longevity. However, carpet density is only one of many factors that can help you determine a carpet’s quality.
