"Thank you for the nice review!"
"Thank you Kenny!! We appreciate the great review!!"
"Thank you for the kind review. You hold the record for most channels ever received from one of our antennas."
"Allison, we really appreciate the kind words. I will pass it on to our installers. Thank you!"
"Loreen, We appreciate your comments but think the 1.5 star rating is unwarranted for the work we performed. We could have solved your issue with a better antenna. Which we offered to you. Your old antenna just isn't going to get great reception. However, you told our installer due to restrictions with the property you live at nothing new could be put on the roof. A new antenna would have solved your issues. We can't help that. Our tech left you with more channels and better service than you had when he arrived. I am sorry we can't work for free or for less than what we charge. We are an established company with good employees that we pay fair wages and benefits to. We will not always be the cheapest option out there but we guarantee our services and will still be in business next year and 5 years from now should you have a problem and need that guarantee. Thank you for your business. I hope you will reconsider the rating."
