Good! Seemed to take a long time but it looked great when done.

Done and Done we’re prompt with responses, bids and finishing the projects. The servicemen were polite and very competent in all repairs. We have hired them multiple times.

I would like to thank, Pat the owner! We had our main bathroom completely gutted and remodeled, new toilet in basement bathroom, and new under counter kitchen led lights. Tony did most of work, was excellent! Had Rich and Ben with electrical, and Chad for dry wall. All very professional, pleasant, fun, and did great job! They were all very proud of there work and it showed! All were on time, cleaned up everyday, and did wonderful job! Was top of the line supplies, top of the line service! We are so happy with everything. Pat went above and beyond as an owner to make sure we were happy with the outcome. He listened to us, sent the best workers and had great follow up. We appreciated all everyone did for us to make this a success! Please try them for your projects!

Well. Travel costs were expensive, but we knew that up front. We got a good itemization of all costs.

Work went very well. Three workers arrived on time and completed the job in less than a morning's work. Only hitch was that they did not check with me before leaving. I called them to return for an additional cut, and they returned immediately and completed the additional work with no hesitation. The tree is now healthy and attractive.

I give them an A. The fixed our plumbing issue. I would use them again and recommend their service.

It took a couple of business days to receive a call back from them looking for more information. It was another few days before I got an email stating that they are not doing anymore exterior paint jobs.

This business' customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have left several messages here on the Angie's List site, but after five back and forth bits of correspondence in which I repeatedly left my phone number, I have yet to receive *1* single call back from this business. I know that they work in my area, I have seen their trucks in our town. I can't really rate them because I just never get a callback. We have money to pay them. Can't understand why someone who is in business turns their back on a lead. Oh, well.

Handyman Tony was awesome. He was super nice, didn't mind my 3 dogs (they loved him) and he wasn't invasive (I was home while he worked. There wasn't enough time to finish the projects I wanted done, so I still have a ceiling fan to put up and a couple of dimmer switches. Quality and service were very good. CON: they charge you mileage (even in town) for their crew to go back and forth to your house. And if something doesn't fit and you need another supply for the project, they upcharge you 20% for every supply they get you. And you don't get the receipts in case something goes wrong. This makes me want to give a D for value. Turned out to be a lot more than the budgeted for.

It went well beyond where sometimes they would pull Todd off our job to finish up other jobs causing minor delays. He is good, so they needed him on other jonbs.

Great, they work up the ideas and setup all that was needed. This was a big project that took a lot of careful thought and planning.

We used this referral and the services were completed.

Both the contractor and electrician from Done Done were very knowledgeable and polite - answered all my questions - gave a very competitive bid.

They re textured our ceilings and of course none of the re texturing matched. The painters had made big streaks that looked liked stripes. He also painted our master bedroom ceilings and we did not want want that painted and it also had the big stripes running through them. He "fixed" some caulking for us and the caulking color did not match at all it stood out like a sore thumb. I reached out to them and let them know of the issues and they acted like it was no big deal. He did not give us any of our money back or fix any of the issues.

When first contacted for a bid on the work, Done Done Services was prompt in providing the estimate. Initially my elderly Mother-in-Law did not want to deal with moving out furniture and elected to do the minimum necessary to repair the damage. Once the work began, however, it was evident that more work needed to be done to correctly repair the damage. Pat Freilinger, the owner, and the assigned workman, Chris, convinced my Mother-in-Law that they should do what was necessary to do the job right. In the end Chris did a fantastic job removing wall paper in the entire room, repairing plaster, sealing cracks, and painting the room. The work was done on a timely basis and the end result was fantastic. Both Chris and Pat kept us informed of the progress and Chris helped my Mother-in-Law put the room back together when all of the work was finished. I would not hesitate to recommend Done Done Services for similar work.

Confusing and a waste of my time. Several months ago I contacted several companies on Angie's list with good ratings to ask if they do this kind of work to make sure I was contacting the right people. Done, done rep said yes, and was ready to set an appointment for an estimate but my schedule got crazy and I didn't follow up. Recently I called back to set the appointment for an estimate. The person who answered the phone took all my info and what I needed done, then said the estimator would call me in 48 hours to make an appointment. Over a week later he called and we set the appointment for the following week. He spent 10 min at my house, asked a few questions, took a few pictures and left. No call back, but an email saying this wasn't work that they do. Ok, then why did your people tell me it was? They get points for honesty in not taking on a job if it isn't in their wheelhouse, but get your story straight and don't waste my time blundering within your office.

They went above and beyond the call of duty. They are easy to work with, friendly, and pay attention to the details. I will definitely work with them again.

Couldn't have gone better. They performed the services timely, the communication was wonderful, they were neat and thorough. We are incredibly happy with how it turned out. Although it felt a little pricey, the old line, you get what you pay for, held true !?

I called Done Done to help us get started on a huge remodel.  Steve
came out and gave us some really good advice and was very helpful.  We
now know what we need to do to get the ball rolling and will definitely
be calling them in the spring when we are ready to get started.
