They also did a fantastic job in our basement, following sump pump failure. They replaced the lower portion of the sheetrock and textured all the walls in our finished basement. "I contacted three company off of Angies List. One, although under the basement repair category, did not provide the services I required. I checked the BBB on the other two before obtaining estimates from the other two. One provided the slickest/best presentation but wanted to do more than I felt the job called for. Plus they could not start the job for six weeks and even considering the questionable extras the cost was too high. Nor did their costs include any prep or finish work for the job; just fixing the walls & extensive water problem.

Better Basement Technologies showed me what I needed plus some extras that I might want to consider although not necessary for the repair. The sales rep also said he would sub-contract the initial prep work (paneling/carpet removal, framing, drywall installation with taping/mudding  and the outside landscaping including concrete patio tear-out & sodding  to complete the job: all at a much less price and they could start the following week.

All work was done promptly/professionally except for a few minor delays because of the weather. I opted to have paneling installed instead of dry wall plus have the carpentry crew do a more extensive job in the basement and do some roof repair to my screened in porch. "

He gave us options and a rough estimate with in 3 days of our first meeting.  As David and his crew started to reconstruction of our basement some of our needs changed. After the living area was constructed we decided to add a wet bar, which turned out beautiful. The spare bedrooms and extra bathroom turned out amazing. We added a Jacuzzi tub ( that was something I really wanted) and the tile work was detailed and flawless, as was the rest of the laminate flooring they laid. From start to finish we had an excellent experience with David and his crew.  I would highly recommend them for any size project. What we thought we wanted some what changed along the way and he was very patient and accommodating. I definitely feel that the price was fair and we couldn't be happier with our new remodel.
