This is the 2nd time we have used All Fiber Kleen. 1st was furniture and high traffic areas, this time was duct cleaning and high traffic areas with 1 chair. Phil supplied his 2 workers with excellent equipment to get the job done. They knew what they were doing and knew how to use the equipment properly. We had very dirty ducts, and they were cleaned about as good as you can possibly do it. AFK is affordable and are good people. Would not hesitate to recommend them or be a return customer.
(I wanted to add that the carpet was left quite dry after the cleaning. I inspected the cleaning head they use, it is a very expensive piece of professional cleaning equip. Any company that continues to supply their employees with good tools to do the job is alright by me.)

To me if your in the business to be cleaning vents you should know how they are made and hooked up to vent tubes and their materials are made out of are since the cleaning tool goes in the vent a ways in.
Everything fine, though they were 10 minutes or so late. Not overly friendly, but no problem.
Took care of the job quickly and efficiently
These guys were exactly on time, understood the scope of work and immediately set about getting it done.
They pre-spotted the carpet (dogs) and then brought in the equipment to clean.
There were thorough, timely and sensitive to furnishings.
Not sure what else to write. They did the job I wanted done correctly, reasonable in price and did not cause collateral damage - would use again.
These guys did amazing. My dog left some pretty nasty stains and a friend spilled red wine--- they were able to remove all the pet stains and most of the wine. Our carpet was in really bad condition and I considered tearing out and replacing. I'm so happy I tried All-Fiber Kleen first. They were about five minutes late, which wasn't an issue for me. They did the work in about an hour and 15 minutes. Phil informed me throughout the process and Nick was meticulous while cleaning. I plan on hiring them back to clean another room and stairs in the very near future!
