"Failed to show up on agreed upon work date due to overbooking. Bid vinyl for an aluminum replacement, then was unresponsive about bidding aluminum. When we decided to go elsewhere, six months later they sent us an invoice for an additional, arbitrary $3k for work not performed. We disputed the invoice and never heard back until we got another invoice another seven months later seeking double the original amount including monthly interest and an ‘overhead & profit’ fee."

We are an owner operator business. I am on all job sites and do most of the work myself. The only time any subs are used is on large commercial jobs, which I work the job right along with them. Estimates are always free, and billing is done on a weekly basis, or when the job is complete, whichever is shorter. We do jobs that range in size from a half bath to an entire hotel. Paymenst accepted include check and credit card.

They pressure washed, scraped, primed and painted two coats. In addition, they caulked 53 windows and replaced a couple bad areas of wood. They showed up every Monday through Friday at 7 a.m. and also worked Saturday mornings until the job was done. The house looks beautiful. Excellent contractor at a fair price. Highly, highly recommend them."
