"Myles and Mac installed all windows in our house in one day. They were very nice and professional and the windows look amazing. We are happy customers."
"The installers were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and CLEAN! Youâ d barely know theyâ d been there!. And our sales person really helped us understand the best, but not most expensive windows for our house. If I need more windows they will be back!"
"We had recently bought a 12-year-old home that had lower-quality Pella windows, several of which had failed. We wanted to replace the worst of these with good-looking, high-quality vinyl windows that would withstand the rigors of our exposed hilltop location. Everything started out well. Jason came out and talked about our project and options and had us stop into their showroom to look over the actual windows. After deciding on the particulars, we made a 50% downpayment on the project after Buresh came out to take measurements (this was in July). We were told that it would take 6 weeks or so to have the windows manufactured and delivered. Fast-forward to late August and we hadn't heard anything, so I called to see how things were progressing. After spending some time on hold, I was told that Brian, the owner, wanted to speak with me. Oh-oh.... It seems that our order was never completed and sent into the manufacturer. The employee responsible apparently made several of these mistakes, meaning that there were several customers whose orders were now delayed. Brian said that Buresh had no particular leverage with the manufacturer in terms of rushing the order through. He would do what he could do about that, but meanwhile offered a 50% discount on the remaining balance of the contract (a 25% discount on the total) and assured me that we would have top priority for installation once they came in. Getting a 25% break on an expensive project sounded reasonable to me, so we proceeded on that basis, expecting that it might now be late October or November when our windows would be installed. So, the windows finally came in in early December. For some reason, the order was not quite complete. Rather than install the windows that were ready to go and wait for the additional components, Buresh chose to put our project on hold - not top priority in my mind. Suffice to say, the project was completed, after weather delays, on the 31st of December. The installation I would have to say was top notch, and the people were very courteous and professional. I have had a hard time writing this review, much less rating various aspects from 1-5. On the one hand, I got a great price on an excellent product that was installed professionally. On the other hand, the entire process took over 6 months. Perhaps Buresh should have a better set of checks and balances so that one bad project manager can't screw up their business. Perhaps they could have started my project earlier with the completed windows that arrived in early December if for no other reason than to placate an already frustrated customer. I would like to say that I would give them business again, but I would certainly shop around first. "
"Had Your Improvement Company out for a new tub to shower few years back did a wonderful job had them back out for windows this year. Windows just were installed and look GREAT!! A+++"

"Perfectly. Work performed well in a timely fashion, and he cleans up each day so you don't even know he has been there. On the window, he had an idea that not only saved money but provided a solution that should last for a 100 years. This is the third or fourth time I have used Midwest Remodel and Handyman and I will use Tony again the next time I have a household repair."
The most likely cause of smearing or streaking after cleaning your windows is residue left on the glass from the cleaner you’re using. Consider diluting the solution and cleaning them again, or use old newspaper to dry the windows after cleaning, as this will soak up any residual material. Additionally, aim to clean your windows on a cool, cloudy day, as cleaners will dry more quickly on the glass if it’s hot and sunny, promoting streaking.
Arched windows are slightly more expensive than standard rectangular ones, but they only cost $50 to $100 more per window. However, adapting a rectangular wall opening to accept an arched window can add $200 to $400 to your total, making them a more expensive option over sticking with a standard window replacement.
Because egress windows are meant for emergency exiting and entering, they need to be an accessible size. The smallest an egress window is allowed to be is 15 inches in width and height, with an opening of around 4 square feet.
Bay windows and garden windows differ in both size and window angle. Garden windows are smaller than bay windows and extend from the house at 90-degree angles, creating a box-like shape. Bay windows, often much larger than garden windows, consist of three windows set at 25- to 45-degree angles to jut out from your home.
Yes, you can remove window tint from house windows. You can either use heat to loosen the film before peeling or scrape it away with a blade. You’ll also use a solution to wipe away any adhesive that still clings to the window.
