"John did an awesome job of cleaning a really nasty shower! He cleaned the tile, the grout and made it just sparkle! He was honest, fair and delivered a quality job. I told him his next job with me is to clean my motor home tile that had dirty, nasty AZ dirt grout. I know he will make that sparkle! I do not needs carpets cleaned but if I did, he would be my go to guy!!!! He has integrity, and cares about the quality of his work!!! Hard things to find any more!!! Than you John!!! I am a reference whenever you need an advocate! 👍 John!!!"

"Very prompt, professional and easy to work with. Had 4 month old carpet in a rental house, and the tenant ruined it. Jose brought it back to near new condition. Wasn't expecting this level of clean or stain removal."

"They always do a very through job cleaning. Hired them to clean after an extended trip, and they cleaned the house better than I do (and I do try to clean regularly), so I have continued using them monthly to keep things in shape. Sometimes they don't arrive at the expected time, but they always show up and stay as long as it takes to get the job done."

"Bruce did a heck of a job! He was always prompt in his communication with us, he was extremely courteous, and he was very easy-going. The work turned out fantastic. We could not be more happy with our new floor! I would be happy to use Bruce again for any kind of tile project. I loved his small town attitude and demeanor, it was exactly what we were looking for, so laid back yet so professional. Clean up was amazing and the project was done exactly when he said it would be.

Floor Cleaning and Waxing questions, answered by experts

You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring. Vinegar is very acidic, and it can gradually eat away at the protective finish on wood floors. If you’re cleaning laminate, tile, concrete, or vinyl floors, feel free to use vinegar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, substitute the vinegar for olive oil.

Yes. Baking soda and vinegar—when diluted with water—are safe to use to clean sticky laminate floors.

If you have waxed floors or floors with a penetrating stain or oil, you can shine them up with some more wax and a cloth or floor buffer. After cleaning the floor thoroughly, apply wax to the floor in small sections and use a clean, dry cloth or towel to buff it until it shines. You can also use an electric polisher, which is especially handy for large floors.

Yes, you can polish an existing concrete floor—as long as the slab is structurally sound and in good shape. In fact, that’s what makes this type of flooring upgrade so appealing. Polishing works best on bare concrete with minimal surface damage, although you can usually repair cracks and stains before the grinding and buffing begins. Instead of ripping out your existing concrete floor, polishing it can turn it into a high-shine showpiece that’s both practical and sleek.

Distilled white vinegar can help you remove candle wax from surfaces like countertops. You’ll need to scrape off most of the wax and use the distilled white vinegar to help soften and remove the rest and leftover residue. Keep in mind that while it’s possible, using distilled white vinegar isn’t an effective method for removing wax compared to the methods listed above.
