Perfection Painting

This is the 2nd time I've used Perfection Painting and when I needed my main floor painted, Paul and his team were the first ones I called. Ali and Tony did a great job painting my main floor, 2 stairways and hallway. They were always communicating on what they would be working on that day and did a nice job of making sure they cleaned up each area. I am very pleased with how everything turned out and would definitely use them again for my future painting needs!

Paul is the owner. Allie and Jeremy were our painters. Perfection was recommended by our trim carpenter. Paul responded quickly to calls and texts, gave a reasonable quote, and fit us in nearly a week ahead of the scheduled start time. Allie and Jeremy were courteous, professional, thorough, and accommodating. They made time for some extra patch and texture work that wasn't planned. They did a fantastic job covering brown paint with pale blue. They color matched white on our ceiling. Corners and edges were straight and crisp with no bleeding or previous color showing through. I'm very particular but could find nothing to complain about with their work. We will ask them back to paint the lower level and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent! This company was clean, organized and professional. The work done was immaculate and phenomenal. The results exceeded our expectations and the owner was great to work with. I will definitely hire them again and continue to refer them to others.

Nightmare. In lawsuit scheduled date. Promised exact spot on match by his guy that would “nail it”. He just used Sherwin Williams computer. Didn’t do full door sample and have my husband approve as I instructed before I left for work. Stained all uppers the wrong horrible color. Offered full refund and cost to strip. Then texted and said talk to his lawyer. Second attempt to match was worse than the first. REFUSED to use original stain and tweak for age. He told Paul Gordon we REFUSED to give him the stain! What sense does that make? He refused and said no one uses that kind anymore. His color was great and her couldn’t do better and was going to look good. All this from a 3” sample. My husband was home and was never shown the full door sample. They just did it all in the wrong color. Paul Gordon stood in our kitchen and said they could do a better match. Still have the second match sample. No where near the original color. The second contractor crafted a near perfect match the first attempt. We were promised his guy could match it. Contract says as close as possible. Nightmare. Such a shame we were treated this way.
