"We had the opportunity to be given a piano if we could get it moved to our house. I checked on Angie's List and found Transfer 88 and one other company listed. My previous work had used Transfer 88 so I was already somewhat familiar with them. I put in a request for more information to both companies. Transfer 88 tried to call me the next day--unfortunately I was working and couldn't answer and my voice mail was full! The next day they left me a message. My husband called them and made the arrangements and they were able to complete the job the same day. I never imagined it could be done so quickly! The price was what we were expecting and they knew exactly what they were doing. Wonderful experience!"

"Received quote and paid $2429.90 deposit. 1 week before scheduled pickup, they called and re-assessed the number of items in the house and bumped up the estimate by $4149. I cancelled the service because I had donated 25% of my house to charity and there were less items to move. However, they did not return my deposit of $2429.90 because they said that I did not cancel in time. They have pulled the bait and switch routine on others (B&B complaints). I would not advise anyone to use them for your moving services !!"
