"Limitless Landscape was my first foray into snow removal/lawnmowing, etc. I had to be out of town for an extended period of time. Mr. Diaz came out to speak with me as soon as I entered a request. He set services up immediately. At first, I thought I could manage a new snowfall so I emailed and said I could do "this one myself before I go." It turned out to be too much for me so I contacted them again and very late that night Mr. Diaz came out himself to remove the remaining snow. Their fees are comparable, their service is excellent, and billing is easy and online. I will keep using their services, even when I am at home. They also do landscaping and I hope to be able to use their services then as well."

"Titan did a magnificent job on my property during the past week. I needed the following done: Grading work on my 3 acre property and three different types of rocks delivered. I also needed additional black dirt brought in to make it perfect. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Will. He let me know what time they would get to my job and everything that was going on during the work process. This is something that a lot of contractors just fail to do in my past experiences. They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! Lastly, customer service could not be better. They (Will and Tim) stayed with the job until I was completely satisfied. Always keeping a great attitude no matter how many questions I asked. Even going the extra nine yards finishing the job better than I expected."

"Outstanding, outstanding company.
We had to go with a new service provider after our previous company went MIA. Derek from Penton was punctual and timely with all correspondence. Always proactive telling us what is happening and when. Estimates come in as promised without prompting. Their work, although a little expensive, is done with quality and is through.
I will try and update this post as the season continues but so far OUTSTANDING.

"Contractor was chronically late for all appointments by 2-3 hours. He stayed and worked well into the evening, even in the dark. I appreciate that he got it done eventually, but did not like having someone there till 9:30 at night. He did a good job on the concrete stairs - they look great. He left a mess in my basement when he repaired the front stoop. He also used a folding chair in my basement to stand on without asking - it is now a mess. For the wood railing on the back stoop, I specifically asked for a 4-5" space to be left under the bottom of the railing so I could sweep snow off in the winter. I also wanted the railing going down the stairs. At first, he did not want to do this (said something about code did not require it for the 3 steps going up) but it was part of the estimate that I approved. I asked him to fix the space under the railing and put on the railing for the stairs. He did come back and fix all to my satisfaction. Very nice guy, just not punctual or professional.

The work was also completed without significantly disturbing the rest of the yard.
