"Jarad came to inspect my air conditioner. When the furnace and air conditioner was installed, they took time to explain how they worked and what I needed to do from one season to the next. However, there was so much information exchanged then, I forgot part of it. Jarad took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He also looked at another concern of mine, and he fixed that. "They were very good. He explained everything n was very thorough. He cleaned out all of r air ducts n r dryer vent. We live in a 110 year old house n the vents have probably only been cleaned out once or twice. Before he left he showed me a pictures n a video of the inside of r vents."
