"James pointed out the part of my roof was painted by exterior grade paint that is more shiny and slippery than roof grade paint. I was shocked to know that but he did every effort to finish roof wash without stepping on the slippery roof. It took longer than expected and he charged a little more than the estimate. But I'm grateful he completed the work for the whole roof and safely. He explained the condition of the roof paint. Since I'll hire the pest controller to tent my house, I can convey the roof condition to them. I recommend James or this company for your power wash need."
