very quick response to my call. We had the old shingles removed and replaced the entire roof with similar asphalt shingles. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived promptly. They were very professional and the project manager treated the crew with respect and consideration. They offered to, and did, work over the Christmas and New Year holidays ( with our approval). We were very pleased with the completed work and their behavior throughout the job. I would highly recommend them .

Replaced entire roof

Even though Mr. Lloyd was off island at the time of the request, he contacted me immediately. I was very impressed!

Work was scheduled and professionaly completed the same day. It was urgent.

We hired Ron to replace an asphalt shingle roof that was failing rapidly with a new metal one. We needed quick work before damaged worsened and we are part time residents on the east side of the Island where contractors are hard to find. Ron and his crew returned our calls, answered our questions, arrived and did the work when promised, did a nice looking professional job and cleaned up very well after the job and styed on budget. We were off island during the job, but Ron kept in touch and sent photos. Contractors here typically need a large up front payment to cover the cost of materials. Ron allowed us to pay the supplier directly to alleviate our worries about a large advance payment. Ron's rates were not cheap, but it was worth it to us to have the peace of mind of a responsible and licensed contractor. Can't say exactly how his bid compared with competitors as I couldn't get more than "bubba bids" (well it'll be around XX $) to compare to. On the mainland, Ron would be one of the better contractors in town. Here on the bid island, he is way way in front of the pack. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a new roof, especially if you aren't a long time resident with the connections to easily find a reliable local for the job.

There were many leaking problems. Many of the problems were corrected but one of our skylights still leak. They came many times to seal it. We tried to rehire them but they only came to sealed it again. We wanted them to change the flashing at our expense. We are dissatisfied with their performance

They were very fast installing the Flashings on the vent pipes. I was happy to know that they had the right parts to resolve the leak situation.
