Showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my roof. I had not cleaned my roof in over 16 years so the build up of grime was pretty bad. It took him a day and a half but now my roof looks awesome and itâ s ready for paint.

I felt that the work looked so low quality, that I refused to let them come a second time to fix their job. I can't understand why they felt the work they did was something they could bill anyone for. My work ethic says that you don't tell someone the job is done until it is done right. It looks so ugly that I'm hiring someone else now to come fix it. They needed to replace only one tile on the whole job , I provided a case of ten for them, and still, the tile they did put in was broken and cracked, not flush with the other tile work, they caulked it in, rather than grouting; the tile is brown, the caulk is white, the rest of the tile work matches a beige caulk. So all the mistakes stick out like a sore thumb. The humongous white caulking bead (literally about one inch wide) around the toilet was very poorly done, and had much dirt and debris in it, so it looks very dirty. In another area, strangely, more dirt and debris is stuck on via caulk. I paid their bill, which I think was over priced, even if it had been done well, to avoid any dispute. They did take 15% off, which I appreciate, and did offer to fix their work. Further, I'm also having a plumber come to check the integrity of the plumbing work and structure, since we are dealing with potential water leaks. So I'm not at all happy that so much money will need to be spent on such a small job.
