"We needed some drywall work done and H Drywall was one of three companies I contacted for estimates. They were the middle bidder, but I was so impressed with Harry’s (the”H” in H Drywall) on-site visit and his comprehensive proposal that I decided to go with them. I was not disappointed because Harry keeps on top of things and is quick to reply to messages. A bonus was their online payment system which is really convenient and provided instant confirmation of a payment. What truly makes this company worthy of a 5-star rating though are its employees. John, the foreman, is easy to talk to and has so much experience in construction that he solved any problems or challenges that occurred. He always kept us informed of their progress and made sure we were happy with the work they were doing. The rest of the crew Stuart, Derek, Chris, and Evan were all friendly, courteous (always aware that we still lived in the home), and did excellent work. Drywall replacement is messy, but these guys covered everything including the floors and they vacumed daily. The drywall removal uncovered some additional work that needed to be done and H Drywall provided a reasonable estimate to fix the problem. We also had them paint the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas. Thank you Evan for helping us choose the right color! This company, and I mean the whole company, definitely deserves a 5-star rating."

"Sasaki Painting did an outstanding job painting my long neglected peeling house. They power washed, stripped, scraped, repaired, primed and painted. They sprayed the finish coat and followed with a wet roller to insure good coverage and adhesion. All trim was carefully hand painted. The staff moved whatever needed to be moved and carefully put everything back after each work day. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and professionalism of all the the employees. "I hired All Phases Green for a major kitchen renovation. They had done several projects for us before with good results and had been our go-to company for both small and large jobs. The kitchen started off well, and the company was responsive when design changes or unexpected issues came up. However, I noticed the owner’s helper was not meeting the standard I had come to expect from the owner—paint runs, debris in the finish, and sloppy mistakes that stood out even to me as a homeowner. I raised these concerns, expecting them to be addressed, especially since in the past, he was quick to fix any issue. While one of my concerns turned out to be a natural wood issue, instead of explaining that professionally, the owner replied with a condescending text. Shortly after, rather than taking accountability or offering solutions, he abruptly quit the job with a text message, leaving a large portion of the renovation incomplete. No effort to resolve the situation—just gone. Abandoning a project because a client points out legitimate concerns is incredibly unprofessional. I am absolutely shocked he responded how he did after having worked with him for so long. If a contractor can’t handle feedback or stand behind their team’s work, they shouldn’t be in this business where client feedback should be welcomed. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone."

"Ted (Uncle Ted) the owner is people first man. He is 100% focused on his customers making sure what they want and need and then makes it happen. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is meticulous about his work. He isn't pushy and doesn't try to make you get extras done (the opposite infact, he painted a trim I had added around the bottom of my house and didn't charge me extra. He goes above and beyond. He was wonderful with my children and dogs. His workers work hard, they're professional and respectful. I will absolutely be using them again. Next up is the interior. I can't recommend or speek highly enough of Uncle Ted. He was recommend by someone we trust and highly respect and I can see why he recommend them. You're not going to get better work or customer service anywhere else. Absolutely outstanding. And despite coming across some unexpected things as you do with big projects his team still manged to finish a day ahead of schedule.."
