Excellent work! John contacted me right away and addressed all of my project needs. He communicated through the job to keep me informed of progress and clarify as needed. Work was completed ahead of schedule, but he did cut corners to get it done quickly. The patchwork on the walls was done so well. I can't tell where they were. Other companies give vague contracts/estimates, but Max Painting detailed the work to be done.

The previous owner had a terrible paint job. A lot of overspray and severe dripping. Arrived on time and cleaned up every day. Carefully scraped, sanded, filled and caulked everything. Very respectful and high level of professional integrity. Definitely recommend them.

Max and his team are fabulous. He was recommended to me by a friend who had seen his work a few times. While painting is very important the prep part is probably more so as you hope for this to last 8 or so years. Very professional, easy to communicate with, text and email, on time, efficient and always super clean. Cant say enough good things. I'd recommend them to anyone and hire them again in a moment.

The dimensions and configuration of our house made this a difficult job, which John and his crew handled very well. John was also quite helpful with suggestions for color choices. The Max Painting crew was friendly, courteous, hard working and neat. The entire process from the cleaning prep through completion was great. I would not hesitate to use Max Painting again.

John Lee from Max Painting went out of his way to round up the specific waterproofing and paint for our house exterior project. He communicated daily letting us know next steps and verified our expectations. The prep work such as power washing, caulking and covering of windows/sliding doors were all done as promised. I highly recommend working with John and his team at Max Painting. We had a leak in our roof, and before the rainy season comes in, we needed to re-coat our entire roof with Silicon. I reached out to many professionals in the area, but John and his team seemed to be the most qualified to take on the job. They got the job done in half of the time he quoted, even through the rainy days in Manoa. The coating was done perfectly, and he even went beyond to fix and seal any potential cracks. One of the most professional and efficient companies we worked with.
