29 days elapsed from the first call to actual repair being performed. Their front office seems be total chaos. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. 16 Sep I called WRC to get an estimate for the repair and an est for a complete roof replacement. Got the est that day and gave the ok to proceed. I would be contacted for schedule to perform. 3 Oct I called WRC since I had not heard anything. The person I needed to talk to was out of the office but would return my call. 7 Oct I called again. 11 Oct WRC called and wanted to do an estimate for the repair. I told them to look up the existing estimate and get the job done. 15 Oct, crew showed up to do the repair which took about two hours. I probably won't use them for the new roof. Their price is VERY high...
