Dropped the unit off the on December 30th. The unit was ready by January 2nd in the afternoon. The provider fixed the carburetor, adjusted the unit, advised me on the correct type of spark plug and fixed some other minor issues with the unit such as a leaking gas cap, etc.

I think they give top notch service. They are real courteous and polite in there. They are real fast on the service too.

They come out, take the equipment with them, service it and bring it back. This month they have a customer appreciation award because they do pick and delivery for free, which is like saving $65. They only charged $37 because I had to pick an oil for my leaf blower stuff. They called and told me to inform them when to come and pick the equipment because it would save us some money. They mail the flyers about the specials and know what offers they have. We bought all the lawn equipment from them.
