"On 3-4 November 2025 Chris, Corey and Xzavier encapsulated my crawlspace and set up the dehumidifier for the electrician. Keep in mind, the crawlspace varied from about four feet to two feet. At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. The three arrived at my house on time, Chris explained exactly what was to be done and the three of them completed the job in a most professional manner. I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done. Jason, Ryan, and their crew did an exceptional job at getting all of that work done, even when mother nature was against us. When getting quotes from various companies, Jason was also the only person to explain to me the importance of how much sunlight was needed to allow the Bermuda grass to flourish. We wound up having to remove 10 trees for this to happen, so I really appreciated his expertise when he initially came to inspect the area in question. Overall, we are more than happy with the quality of work and how transparent Jason was throughout the process. "We initially had high hopes when starting our project with Jacobs and Sons Concrete. Mrs. Jacobs was highly responsive and eager to finalize the agreement, even going so far as to personally collect our deposit the day the contract was signed. Sadly, things quickly went downhill after that. Delays were repeatedly attributed to weather and personal issues, which we initially understood. However, communication soon became non-existent, with emails and phone calls going unanswered. When the agreed-upon deadline was missed, Mrs. Jacobs eventually admitted to the delay and assured us that a refund would be mailed. That promise was made in July 2024. It is now February 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have received no refund, only silence. This experience has left us feeling deeply disappointed and misled. Based on our interactions, I cannot recommend Jacobs and Sons Concrete to anyone. A business should be founded on trust and reliability, but this one has proven otherwise."

"Poorly. I taught Atlanta Best Concrete as the same as Best Concrete as that was the only company I found in doing research. Noted: Despite no contract & difference in name, there was no going wrong in my mind for this was through HomeAdvisor/Angi. A rush to frame ensued after delay in removal of wooden structure. Between framing and pouring we exchanged words leading to some misunderstandings. They began backfilling using material I had set aside for my own use as the cement truck was waiting. Once stopped I allowed some material I could do without. In the end it wasn't enough concrete. They had to order more. The slab is not properly leveled. Visible on the side are pockets not filled with cement. Left side of the slab not straight. Front of the slab not flushed with the ground. The shed leans both forward and to the left, plus I must lift the right door in order to lock it."
