Bryson replaced the rollers with upgraded high quality rollers. He oiled the spring and hinges. Bryson explained how the garage door functions and instructed us on regular maintenance that we can perform ourselves to extend the doors functions.

I had to call them late on a Friday afternoon. They were able to come that same day and evaluate the problem. I have a custom garage door so a custom part had to be ordered. The part was ready the following Monday and installed that same day. I subsequently called them back for an unrelated garage door problem. They checked it out and let me know a part WAS wearing out, but did not need to be replaced at this time. And told me what to look for to determine when the part DID need to be replaced.

I am very pleased with my garage door and opener, and the professional service I received with the installation. The doors open and close smoothly and quietly. Recently I backed up too quickly, thinking the door was all the way up and unfortunately damaged the door. James came out within hours after I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable and repaired it quickly. I'm so grateful that it works like new again.

Garage door spring snapped in the middle of the night! Called PSGD for a repair. James was my service man from Peach State Garage Door. I was told to expect the service team between 3-5pm... they arrived at 3pm and called ahead of time. They were courteous, and explained all of what would need to be done ahead of the work. They completed the work in good time and I am please with the results. I will use them again and recommend them!
