We could not believe how quickly they responded by call, spoke to Shelly and then we promised to send photos and negotiated a great price for being after hours emergency. They were gladly able to service my elderly parents who are retired and were so shocked and scared and embarrassed of this whole situation. Luckily, Steve arrived less then two hours later!
