"I responded to an Angie's list ad and prepaid $895 for landscape overhaul. The owner 'Diego' showed up for estimate and asked for additional pre-payment before starting work. I said I already pre-paid and I'll pay the rest at the completion. Diego told me he doesn't operate that way, he's no longer interested in the job, and I should ask Angie's for refund. When I called Angie's, I was told I should get refund from Diego instead. But Diego never would respond to my message. Then I repeatedly contacted Angie's again and I was always told that Angie's will research except they never refunded my pre-payment for a service they advertised but never delivered. They didn't even want to tell me if they ever reached out to Diego on my behalf. Extremely disappointed in Angie's!"

"I had someone come out in Aug to check all zones and make sure the system was working and in good order. About 30 days later when I went to use the system one (1) sprinkler head was not working. I called and asked them to come fix that head. The new tech came out and turned a screw and it worked in about 20 seconds. "It was off" then the tech checked all the other zones, found a leak in a zone that I had turned off and don't use. The tech screwed a cap on the end of a hose and billed me $155. When I asked why they told me that it was a "New repair" Lesson learned. DO NOT let a tech touch anything but what they come out to repair. This is how they make you pay for your warranty work. Got to hand it to them, pretty slick!"

I have a very busy schedule and they were able to work with me and ensure that my 5 animals were taken care of while they did this job in 1.5 days. Very reasonably priced and willing to work. That is something that was refreshing to see. What is not shown in the pictures, is that they came out two weeks prior to the rip-out and sprayed everything to ensure it was dead. They did not force me to pay upfront and accepted my payment over the phone since I didn’t have time to go to their office. Really fantastic company. I found them on Angie’s List. I had called four (4) other companies before Dixie which were recommended by friends, but literally not one of them even called me back. Greg called me right back and came out to view the property the next day. Danielle also allowed me to sign the contract digitally, showing that she is up to 2018! [*** Link removed ***]"

Jose arrived shortly after me contacting him to review the work I was requesting, and responded with a quote for the job. The work was 23 pallets of 419 Bermuda and a full irrigation system on both existing and newly installed sod (7 zones), along with a Hunter smart controller with WiFi capabilities. Jose communicated effectively with me in the weeks leading up to the scheduled date, promptly and professionally answering all my questions. On the day of the scheduled work, Jose and his crew arrived early and began work quickly. They were extremely hard working and diligent in their process. I was amazed to see the transformation occur in just two short days. After the install, I needed a few of the sprinklers tweaked, and Jose and crew arrived quickly for the adjustments. afterwards, the system is working perfectly! Overall I can't recommend N&C enough, they were fantastic! Great communication, quality and timely work, very fair and honest pricing. Thanks so much Jose!"
